If you do require an entry visa to attend the conference, please bear in mind the following advice:
- Indicate that you require a Chinese visa when registering for the conference;
- Pay attention to the procedure of Chinese visa application in your country;
- Submit your visa application as earlier as possible to allow sufficient time for processing your visa application and for obtaining assistance from the I2MTC 2011 organizers when necessary.
Registered participants of I2MTC 2011 will obtain a letter of invitation signed by the I2MTC 2011 Conference Chair and posted to the address as shown in the registration form.
