*The Conference Proceedings will be included in the IEEE Interactive Electronic Library (IEL) as part of IEEE Xplore. All authors who have been accepted must register for the conference and attend the conference to present their paper. Authors who do not attend the conference to present their papers, or arrange for a co-author or knowledgeable colleague to present their paper in the absence of the primary author, will not have their paper published in the IEEE IEL and IEEE Xplore, per latest IEEE policy.
Only full Member or non-Member fees are allowed to cover the publication of accepted papers. One author registration will cover the publication expenses of not more than one accepted paper: for each additional accepted paper, associated to the same registration, a USD $50 printing contribution will be charged. If no registration has b een received and correctly processed to cover the paper publication, the Conference organizers will contact the authors before the paper is removed from the proceedings.
To qualify for any Member rate (Member fee, Student-Member fee, Life-Member fee), one must provide the IEEE membership number in the registration form.
The full Member and non-Member registration fees cover the entrance to all sessions, one copy of the Conference proceedings on CD, 6 coffee breaks, 3 luncheons, the Tuesday Welcome Reception and the Wednesday Gala Dinner.
The Life-Member registration fee covers the entrance to all sessions, one copy of the Conference proceedings on CD, 6 coffee breaks, 3 luncheons and the Tuesday Welcome Reception. If the author, registering to cover the paper publication is a Life Member, he/she has to pay the full Member fee.
The Student registration fee covers the entrance to all sessions, one copy of the Conference proceedings on CD, 6 coffee breaks, 3 luncheons and the Tuesday Welcome Reception. The Student registration fee cannot be used to guarantee the publication of an accepted paper. If the author, registering to cover the paper publication is a student, he/she has to pay the full Member fee.
